Saved vehicle IDs and comparison selections are stored locally in your browser. They are not an account, and they are not synchronised between devices. The public website has no user accounts or analytics tracking.

You can remove cars individually, clear a comparison, or clear this site’s storage in your browser settings. Clearing site storage removes your shortlist and comparison selections.

Vehicle records

The archive stores auction listing details, source URLs, dated observations and locally archived photographs. Complete VINs may link the same vehicle’s auction appearances. The data policy explains how these records are preserved and interpreted.

Contact requests

If you send a request, the site stores your topic, message, any linked lot number and the email address you choose to provide. Email is optional. Requests are kept for owner review and normally removed after 90 days by automated cleanup.

The form uses a submission token to avoid saving the same request twice. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive information in your message.

Vehicle removal requests

A paid removal request stores your name, contact email, vehicle record, statement, review decision and payment status. The $25 service concerns public access to vehicle records on Lotoryx. Requests to unpublish a vehicle listing use the $25 record removal service.

The private status link gives access to your request and payment status without an account. Keep it secure. It is not sent by automatic email. Do not submit identity documents or other sensitive evidence through the initial request form.

Names, contact emails, statements and private review notes are automatically cleared from completed or rejected removal requests after 90 days. Requests that still need review, payment resolution or removal processing are kept while the case remains open. This is separate from the cleanup of ordinary contact requests.

Approved requests use a hosted cryptocurrency payment provider when checkout is connected. The provider has its own privacy policy and may process payment and network information. Minimal request references, vehicle matching identifiers, payment IDs and payment event records remain to account for the transaction and prevent removed records from being published again. Restricted internal vehicle records and existing backups are not erased by the public removal service.

Server operation

Basic server logs can contain IP addresses and requested URLs. They are used for operating and troubleshooting the service. Log retention depends on the hosting configuration.

External sites

Original auction links take you to a separate website. Its own privacy practices and terms apply. This site uses locally served fonts; browsing a page does not request its fonts from a third-party font service.

Applicable data protection rights requests are normally handled without charge, subject to statutory exceptions. The $25 commercial removal fee does not restrict those rights. Each request is reviewed under the applicable law.
